Lee Choong Hiong founded LCH Quantity Surveying in 1986 and has since been appointed the consultant Quantity Surveyor for multi-million projects across all market segments. Mr lee graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Building from National University of Singapore and has been a Fellow of Royal Institute Charters Since 1989 and a member of Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV) since 1975.

Natalie's passion for the built environment began at the age of 13 when she first stepped onto a construction site, leading her to pursue a Diploma in Building and a Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying. With over 20 years of experience across Singapore, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States, she brings a global perspective and strong commercial expertise to complex projects. Today, she leads LCH Quantity Surveying Pte Ltd, growing the firm's presence beyond Singapore into South Korea and Timor-Leste, while leading the successful acquisition of JIA Quantity Surveyors and Project Management in 2022. Recognized with the AWiCS-SISV Woman Quantity Surveyor of the Year Award in 2025 and currently serving as the 1st Vice President of SISV's Quantity Surveying Division, Natalie remains committed to advancing the profession, exploring how AI can transform quantity surveying practice and developing the next generation of Quantity Surveyors.

Sr Stefanie Chong is the Associate Director of LCH Quantity Surveying, with over 12 years of experience in quantity surveying consultancy across both the public and private sectors. Accredited with the APQS Tier 1 certification, she specialises in contractual and commercial management, procurement, tender management, and dispute resolution. Known for her strategic thinking and practical approach to problem-solving, Stefanie consistently delivers value-driven solutions that align with clients' commercial objectives. She is passionate about advancing the profession and is committed to mentoring the next generation of quantity surveyors while championing a more dynamic and strategic role for the industry.

Jamie Oh
Managing Director, LCH Korea

Jamie Oh brings extensive experience in architecture, construction technology, and business development. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Architecture from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and has built a broad range of experience both locally and internationally, with expertise in project management systems. Prior to joining LCH, she served as Vice President of iAxil, an arm of Ascendas Singapore, and as Regional Director of DoAllTech Co. Ltd. Korea, an IT solutions company for Construction Management. Coupled with an extensive network across various industries, Jamie now leads LCH Korea’s business development and regional growth.

Yee Min Ooi

With 12 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry, Yee Min brings extensive expertise in cost control, procurement, commercial negotiations, and contract administration across a diverse range of projects. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to support commercial decision-making, manage project risks, and deliver effective project outcomes. Recognised for her professionalism, sound commercial judgement, and attention to detail, she is committed to delivering practical, value-driven solutions that support successful project delivery. She is also dedicated to fostering strong working relationships and maintaining clear communication across all stakeholders. Her proactive approach and ability to adapt to complex project environments enable her to consistently contribute to successful outcomes.
