Incorporated as a Private Limited Company, under the name LCH Quantity Surveying Pte Ltd.
Appointed Sr Natalie Yong as Managing Director
LCH Korea Co. Ltd becomes LCH’s first overseas subsidiary.
Listed as Quantity Surveying Panel 1 (QS01) under BCA Public Sector Panels of Consultants (PSPC).
Established LCH Quantity Surveying Timor Unipessoal LDA as second overseas subsidiary company in Timor Leste.
Acquired JIA Quantity Surveyors and Quantity Project Managers Pte Ltd, consulting since 1990.
LCH Quantity Surveying Pte Ltd celebrates 40 years.
LCH expands business into Malaysia, supporting local projects.
